The firm of Lancaster and Associates was established in 1996, becoming Lancaster + Wyatt Architects in 2019.  Because of the small size of the firm, the principals are involved in every aspect of the architectural process. This results in an uninterrupted relationship throughout a project.  We offer a full range of architectural services, including programming, master planning, budgeting, presentation drawings, construction documents, and construction administration.

By responding to the individual needs and visions of every client, the work of the firm is unique, innovative, and varied.
